YOGA MEANS UNION

Marika's classes inspire union between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, yin and yang, inner and outer. Her classes invite us to turn inward and connect with ourselves; as well as outward, with our environment and community. Her classes encourage: presence; intentional movement; self-discovery and awareness; expansion and growth; love and compassion; opening and receiving; letting go and transforming. Self-reflection and pranayama/conscious breathing are important components of her classes
